Growing up, he was raised by his mother, Gloria Marie James, who provided him with stability despite facing many obstacles. James attributes much of his success to his mother’s role as a positive role model. Recently, he sent an emotional message to his 54-year-old mother, expressing his love and appreciation for her. James was born in 1984 when Gloria was only 16 years old, and she had to raise him alone as his father was not present. Despite this challenging situation, Gloria worked hard to provide for her son and create a stable home environment. Sadly, Gloria’s mother passed away when James was only 19 years old, leaving her to raise him on her own. The bond between LeBron James and his mother remains strong to this day, evident by a recent heartfelt message that Gloria posted on social media, expressing her love for her son. LeBron reposted the message, adding his own response, “I LOVE YOU MORE MAMA!”
